Foley have completed an intake and signed an informed consent.

Communication and privacy

Email and web forms are not secure and are not protected health information channels. Do not send clinical details, diagnoses, or anything you would not want read by someone else. Confidential communication happens through the client portal or by phone.

Licensure

Kevin R. Foley is licensed in Ohio and holds Counseling Compact privileges in Arizona, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, and Minnesota. Services may only be provided to clients physically located in those states at the time of the session.
